A student exchange program between Taiwanese and Singaporean schools is entering its 31st year.
Eighty Taiwanese students from five high schools are living in the homes of Singaporean students and taking classes at Singaporean schools. Seventy-five Singaporean students from five local schools are also participating in the exchange program.
The exchange will continue through July 31st. Taiwanese students will have the opportunity to broaden their horizons, learn about a different culture, and play the role of ambassadors for Taiwan.
A group of Singaporean students will arrive in Taiwan in November, staying in the homes of local students in order to complete the exchange.
