Taiwanese flyweight boxer Huang Hsiao-wen has won a silver medal at the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Women’s Junior and Youth World Boxing Championships.
On Saturday Huang lost to Chang Yuan of China in the goal medal bout. Huang’s loss meant that Taiwan won one silver and three bronze medals at the championships held in New Taipei.
Taiwan’s female boxers won two gold medals at the previous world championships held in 2013.
