Taiwanese novelist Chang Ying-tai has been awarded the 2015 Lennox Robinson Literary Award in Ireland.
The committee of The Lennox Robinson Literary Festival chose Chang as this year’s winner for her “most impressive record as an acclaimed novelist, short story writer, dramatist and academic.”
Over the past decade, Chang’s writings have garnered a total of twenty-six major literary awards, including the First Prize for Fiction in the First International Book Fair, the Taiwan Literary Award, and the Award for Outstanding Movie Scripts.
