The 2024 Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF), hosted by the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), opened to great enthusiasm on Tuesday at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2. A major event in the entertainment industry that acts as a bridge connecting creators and professional talents with industry resources, the TCCF will be held for four consecutive days until Friday.
This year’s fest is seeing new highs in local and international participation and proposal bonuses. TAICCA Dean Lu Chun-wei (盧俊偉) says that, in addition to traditional movies and TV, there will also be variety shows and pop music cooperation with South Korea in the future that the public will see come to fruition starting next year. Lu adds that he hopes to work together with the Korean film and television industry more deeply and comprehensively, including investment, co-production, and post-production special effects.
TAICCA Chairman Tsai Chia-chun (蔡嘉駿) further reveals that in addition to South Korea, there are currently cooperation projects between the United States, Japan, and Taiwan in the international co-production sector. He details that the U.S. is focusing on TV and film entertainment, while Japan is focusing on video games, both of which are very worth looking forward to.
