The WTA Hotties website has ranked Taiwanese tennis player Chan Hao-ching as the second hottest Asian player in the world for 2014.
The website announced the world’s top 100 hot tennis beauties on Monday. The 21-year old Chan dropped from the 58th place to the 60th this year, but she was still named Asia’s second sexiest tennis star.
Chan is currently receiving training in Australia. Chan said she is glad to receive recognition for her looks, but she has high hopes for the new season and hopes her performance on the court will outdo her looks.
Four Asian players managed to squeeze into the top 100 list, with S. Mirza of India topping the others in 36th place. The world’s hottest player goes to Ana Ivanovic of Serbia, who has held the position for two consecutive years. Second place went to 20-year old Eugenie Bouchard of Canada on her first time in the ranking, pushing Russian star Maria Sharapova back to third.
