Vietnamese budget airline VietJet Air is set to fly to Taiwan. That’s according to the Civil Aeronautics Administration. Vietnam’s Civil Aviation Administration informed Taiwan of the decision in early March.
Taiwan’s Civil Aeronautics Administration said that according to the agreement between the two countries, the only destinations in Vietnam approved for a Taiwan-Vietnam route are Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Da Nang.
VietJet Air will become the 14th budget airline to fly to Taiwan.
